TANNING???

DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW LONG AFTER SURGERY YOU SHOULD WAIT TO GO TO THE TANNING BOOTH?

Hi Kate, I can't imagine why you couldn't go whenever you wanted. The only issue may be tanning your incisions and it making them more visible in the long run. You could check online for info related to that or the tanning booth operators. Or if all else fails, don't tan your tummy until next year. Dawn

Thanks for your input. Maybe I will just wait until the 19th and I go for my one month checkup and ask the nurse.

i would say you can go just as soon as you feel up to it. i think i waited about 2 week. hope this helps

Kate have you ever tried the mistic spray tan booths? I have not tried the tanning beds yet but I can tell you I have a scar on my chin from getting a mole removed and it turned darker and more noticable after I went tanning. So I stick with the mistic tan which helps cover my scar.
