Now I find this site!!! Had some trouble early on but doing great now. Having some challenges regarding interesting meal ideas. So far the best things I have had are Egg Drop soup from Chinese Restaurant, yogurt, scrambled eggs and protien shake. Any suggestions? Have a great day.

Hi Rosalie, Depending on your surgeron's diet plan I've been eating mashed potates and sometimes I put a little of cheddar cheese in them. Also I've had tuna form the packet. I've made it just **** I use to but with a lot less sweet pickle realish and lt. mayo but its was still good. With my diet plan I'm ablt to have noodles so I've tried a few bites of a weigh****chers meal. Every doctor is different so make sure to follow their plan. Debbie

I put some imitation crab in my egg beaters along with some chopped up black and green olives and some reduced cheddar cheese. I also like refried beans and put cheese on those. When you are ready to start pureed foods, I took a can of ham (like the tuna cans) and put it in the food processor with some mayo and cheese and eat that. I can have about 2 wheat crackers with it, but that will depend on where you are. I found a lot of good info at www.bariatriceating.com . Try that and good luck!!
