Well, I had surgery 8/23 and after a rough first week things going ok. I am experiencing something bizarre and wondering if anyone else is going through it. The back of my front teeth feel fuzzy. I brush and brush and brush and it is still there. Anyone else experiencing this?? Lynne

Isn't it the strangest thing?? I had my surgery 8/22. I brush in the morning before I leave, and before I get to work they are fuzzy. I was thinking this morning that maybe it is because I am still eating baby food and yogurt and other pureed foods. Who knows? My teeth have never been brushed so much, though! Laura

think about it, you are not getting all of the fluids you got in before. your mouth is dry, plus you are probably zonked out at night, breathing through your mouth....ya know, like waking up with that dreaded hangover!!! i am sure when we finally start gettin good amounts of fluid in, we will shed the "winter coat"! lol!

I agree that the fuzzy teeth may be from mouth breathing and not drinking a lot of fluids, but... If you have a white coating on your tongue or teeth or the inside of your cheeks that looks like milk and won't brush or wipe off, call your doc, as you may have a fungal infection called thrush. Peace to all, elizabeth in virginia

Another thought is if you were on a ton of antibiotics. You could have a yeast infection in your mouth. I had that happen in June when I was being treated for h.pylori. Cleared up in about 2 weeks. But my mouth was yucky and everything tasted weird.

I have another idea. I figured out that my vitamins and calcium was doing that. Everytime I chew up one of my pills, my teeth feel all yucky and fuzzy. Pay attention to that and see if that could be it. Carrie
