1/4 cup plain yogurt (don't eat it plain or you'll gag) and throw in 2 frozen strawberries (or any other fruit I guess). Makes great smoothie

I'm still on pureed foods as well. I've taken several canned foods and put them in my processor - tuna, chicken, chili, and some vegetables, and boiled eggs. I added a little lite mayo to the tuna, eggs & chicken, and juice from the can for the veggies. I'm also eating the Campbell's condensed creamed soups. I don't add as much water, and sometimes add milk or powdered milk instead for extra protein. A friend has had a pureed version of shephard's pie with hamburger, cream of mushroom soup, and mashed potatoes. Sounds great, and I'm thinking I might try that too. I'm really bored with this pureed diet and am wanting something salty and crunchy so I ended up sucking on a potato chip and spitting it out tonight and I usually don't eat chips. My taste buds are really changing.

I really liked this.....1 chicken breast, one pack of dry taco seasoning and one cup of low fat cottage cheese. It tastes like a blended up chicken enchilada it was the best meal out of any of the pureed food. Try it.

I've been eating cottage cheese, mashed potatoes, cream of wheat, oatmeal (but I dicovered I don't like it without the brown suger , stuffing, squash, V-8, potato soup, tomato soup, etc. and just the other day I re-discovered peanut butter--nothing ever tasted so good! Dawna
