Hi Mikey, I had Open on August 9th and my incision drained also. I just stuck some gauze on it and kept changing it. My surgeon also suggested a maxi pad as they are very absorbant. It stopped in a few days and now I have no problems. Other than that I hope you're doing well! Danielle

I had my surgery in 2/04. I had some drainage for about a week from my incision. I used a pantyliner and it worked just fine. they are less expensive than gauze. keep in mind however, if the wound gets irritated or very red you need to have your doctor look at it to make sure its not an infection. best of luck.
