Isopure Clear Liquid Protein - zero carbs!!!

Hi to all my August WLS buddies - I'm 2 weeks post op, and I wanted to share my great find with all of you! It has been hard to get my protein in, and mixing it in the soup is For those of you who do not know this yet, I found a liquid drink called - Isopure Dietary Supplement - Zero Carb. It is a ' liquid protein that drinks like Crystal light - it has 40mg of protein per 20 oz bottle. It comes in six flavors and I usually mix half a bottle with just as much crystal light or Diet Tea mix. This is also great because it can be used as your WATER LOAD too!! - I found these at GNC - it is $3.50 a bottle. Jay Robb's Whey protein is also a good tasting mix for your shakes, and pudding. But GNC also carries the Stallone protein pudding as well. I hope this helps all my newbie buddies and all my helpful angels too on the board who did not have this info before. 20pounds gone for ever so far!! HUGS to ALL!!
