My lap surgery was 8/8. I stayed for 2 days.
I had both leak test and drainage tube.
The leak teak test wasnt bad at all. I took small sips. I am glad I had it because it took the fear away that I could have a leak.
My tube was removed same day of discharge.
I has my surgery on Tuesday morning and went home the next afternoon, on Wednesday. Leak test Wednesday morning-2 gulps of the worst stuff I ever tasted-no leaks. Good luck
