Well under 26 hours left

well under 26 hours left. I am scheduled for 1pm tommorrow..have to be at the hospital at 10..so we will be leaving for utica at about 730. Just finished my last minute things I wanted to get done. I had to write a letter giving permission to my mom to take my duaghter to her preop and surgery for her toncils if i am not out of the hospital in time for next monday and tuesday. I am shooting for sunday though.. thats what the dr's said sunday if everything is going good. I am gonna make myself look like a feel like a million bucks even if i only feel like a buck fifty to get out on sunday. I alway wrote up a kinda living will too..just saying that my mom and dad are my health care proxy..and what i want to happen to with my kids if something was to happen to me. I am not really worried about the surgery though. I have had 2 prior, gall bladder and my back..I had been doing really well and up beat till i sat down to write that out. Maybe I shouldnt have wasted the time. But its when you dont do something that it will come back to haunt you. Well am gonna go back to making myself busy.. idle minds can be a dangerous thing..will post when I get home ...still hasnt hit me really..I am going to be a thinner person..I have been big all my life starting with grade school..so me getting smaller is going to be unchartered territory for me..cant wait to explore it.my first goal is to get to 299. I havent been under 300 in like at least 5 yrs..then next goal is 250..havent seen that since 1992..and would be doing cartwheels down main street to meet my ulitmate goal of 150..havent been that small since like 5 grade i think.. i cant even remeber starting weight 389 april 30th 2005 pre op weight 347 august 17th 2005

Nice to hear you're so upbeat Michelle, I hope everything goes great and that Sunday brings ya home with no problems. I know how excited I was to get out of the hospital early on Wed (surgery Monday)... I even washed my hair standing at the sink in my room, which is quite a feat with only one hand as the other had the IV in it still! Dawn
