Another great drink!

Carb Freedom drinkable yogart is great, low carb (5 grams), high protein (15 grams), and it is actually good! I am on liquid diet today and tomarrow (my surgery is Thursday) and I am drinking these like crazy! I hope this can help someone else! Amanda K
