6 more days to go!!!!
The bariatric nurses told me to bring a gown to change into the second day, a book, my cippie cup. They said the first day you wear the hospitol gown and most wear theirs the second day, and a comfortable sundress or gown and robe home. Mine is in 5 days, Im so excited and ready to go, Congratulaiotns to you, see ya on the loosing side.

Janet,
I am one day behind you!! I have a list for the hospital that includes: baby wipes, slippers or grippy socks, toothbrush, brush, ear plugs, chap stick, son's picture and CD player.
I am going to stick with the hospital gown since my pjs are pathetic and I am really not a nightgown person-prefer shorts and tshirt. Some people have suggested to take a long handled wooden spoon to use for bathroom duties since you may not be able to reach.
See you on the losing side,
Lynne
I took way too much with me last week. Could have got by with just my toothbrush, toothpaste, noxema, clean undies, slippers, my ipod and reading material. As it was I packed a couple pair of pjs since they thought I could be there more than 3 days, and extra clothes, too much reading material. And I went home after only two days.
