Hi everyone, I just got home yesterday afternoon. A complication kept me an extra day- bowel obstruction. I am doing well and not in any real pain. I am just a little sore. I was just wondering does anyone have any good ideas to eat, drink at this point. I need help. Thanks Rose

I'm curious as well. It's all I can do to get two ounces of protein/skim milk in this morning, then my belly hurts for awhile. I did figure I had to sip on room temp water or else it caused pain as well.

My physician said only thin liquids the first two weeks. I've had a total of four ounces of my protein drink mixed with fat-free skim milk, a sugar free popsicle, currently I'm working on some broth. And water, water, water:D I've figured out that I need to take some of my pain medicine about an hour before I eat/drink...otherwise, my intake is pretty low.
