STARTED TODAY AND NEED ADVICE!!!!
Hey Everyone, I thought I was going to start my liquid diet Friday but they said only 10 days so that makes it today. I have been feeling a little dizzy. I don't know if it's my blood sugar or not but I am going to check it. I had a protine shake for breakfast and a popcicle awhile ago. Let me know how some of you got by without any trouble.

I started yesterday on Liquids (sort of - read my next posting) On mine you can include a few extra items like Low Fat, Low Sugar Yogurt, broth, and a few other items. I think if you spread it out every couple of hours it may keep your blood sugar level up. Try taking something every 2 to 3 hours and drink lots of water.
