Surgery on my 25th Anniv.

I have my surgery planned for August 16th, 2005. It's also my 25th wedding anniversary, I don't know how that worked out... But I'm just glad to be having my surgery done. I meet with the doctor on the 12th, that's kinda close to my surgery. If you know anything I need to get to have on hand, please let me know. Thanks! Debi
