I am for joy! My date is August 3rd. I'm up early tell my friends of the great news! I've been through hell and back after three denials from Aetna. Luann
CONGRATS! I think it is absolutely FABULOUS! My date is set for August 10th. SO by the time I get mine done you will be having your 1 week post-op! So again, CONGRATULATIONS!

I am so happy for you. I was really lucky I started my journey 4/29/05 and have my date 8/11/05. I feel very blessed. Good luck and lets all keep it touch. We are WLS August 05 Sisters.

I am an Aug. 16th surgery with Dr. Melkonian, so we will be in the hospital at the same time ....Presbyterian Hospital right?? I am having the RNY....Best of luck...may see you there!

Gongratulations! I also have Aetna. I was denied once and won on my 1st appeal!
I am scheduled for Aug 23. I am also so happy!
