I'M EXCITED!! I MADE 199.7 TODAY!!! IN THREE WEEKS!! I WAS 209!! YA!! I'M GOING TO START MARCH IN THE 190'S!! I REMEMBER THIS TIME LAST YEAR- WHEN TAMMY & LORI & DAWN- WERE ALL GETTING HERE. I GUESS IT JUST TOOK ME A LITTLE LONGER I KNOW ALL YOU GUYS HAVE BEEN UNDER FOR SOMETIME- BUT I CANT REMEMBER THE LAST TIME - MAYBE 30 YRS AGO- THAT I WEIGHED THIS #. AND I WAS NEVER A SIZE 14 OR SMALLER..SO IM REALLY HAPPY & LOOK FORWARD TO DROPPING MORE! I KNOW ALL MY FRIENDS HERE CAN APPRECIATE- HOW HARD IT IS TO LOSE WEIGHT AT 18MOS OUT- BUT IM PROOF IT CAN BE DONE. I INCREASED MY PROTEIN, UPPED THE EXERCISE TO DAILY 60-90 MINS, CUT OUT GRAZING, AND EATING 3 MEALS & 2 SNACKS. iT ALL JUST FELL INTO PLACE FOR ME. I FEEL SO LIBERATED AND KNOW THIS WOULD NOT BE POSSIBLE WITHOUT THE SURGERY- REACHING THIS POINT. THANK YOU EVERYONE FOR CARING AND YOUR SUPPORT. LOVE DONNA

I forgot to add this-for those struggling to lose weight: Im so happy today- I saw 199 on my scale this morning!!! I am so THRILLED and moving in the right direction. I have lost 10lbs since 2/7 THREE WEEKS!! Here is what I've been doing: ~ 64oz+ of water daily ~ no (big) meals after 8pm- yogurt with scoop of unflavored protein/ instant oatmeal I usually get out of the gym at 9 or so- and thats when Im hungry. But I find you don't gain what follows your workout. ** This is recovery time- and your body needs protein withing 30-45mins of your workout. If I don't do a protein shake- I eat a Kashi Go Lean Bar** ~eating breakfast every day- usually instant oatmeal -Quaker weight control ~ 1-2 protein supplements a day- with yogurt -or mixed in Crystal Light. 40gm min day Our bodies are wired for protein & the more muscle- the more you need to support it. ~women's fatburner from GNC. Its all natural-& 14.99. None of that hydroxycut etc- this has citrine + some kind of hydroxycitrus. NO caffeine. I tried it on a lark & its WORKKING!! YAY!! ~Kashi GO LEAN ROLL- not the cereal - not crazy about it- but TRY their ROLL bars- choc turtle roll & Caramel peanut roll- 190cals /12g protein + 12g sugar- BUT OPTIMIZED for gylcemic response. THEY are SOO delicious- I bought 12 at Target. ~ AEROBIC EXERCISE~ I know! I was stuck doing 2 days & got into a rut about it. I changed routine and I do a MIN of 60-90mins EVERY day. I try to take a class everytime Im in the gym & then I focus on another 45-60mins. I did the bowflex treadclimber one hour and burned 750cals! after taking a class! LOL!! I also do the elliptical trainer. I'm not killing myself - just about 2-2.5hrs in gym- not like before- and Im sweating a lot more-AND I'm seeing results in 3 wks- so Im doing sumthing right. I do weights 2-3 times wk. ~ Take all your Vitamins~ I feel so healthy and lucky that I haven't been sick all Winter! Hope that helps ! Donna 327/199/150

Hi Lori- Thank you! I just got tired of bein 200+ and really dug into what matters to me and its always been about my BMI- Im more than a number on a scale- but as long as it tells me what I want- then its my friend! Otherwise it will go out the window LOL!! today I saw 197! I did kickboxing and and 80mins of combined cardio & 20 mins of weights. Its impt to do weights after cardio- it ups the 'afterburn" and you burn fat a lot longer - in case you didnt know. So THANK YOU- and hope to see you getting some cardio back in your day! love, Donna

Hi Tammy- I got your email- thank you for your support always ~ its a big deal when you first crack from "3"00 into "2"00 and then you finally crack 100s..you are so much closer.. And today I hit 197!! YAY! I did kickboxing followed by another 80 mins of cardio on combined machines. As long as my scale tells me good things I will keep it! LOL! Hugs Donna 327/197/150

Lori! Thank you so much! I did a kickboxing class last night and 80 mins of cardio afterwards- how's that for a workout? I also did some weights- but I soo get into the cardio! This morning- thinking I was be 199- i was 197!! CELEBRATE!! SO I am really making this work- and i think the key is exercise + protein. On the days I have more protein- it seems my scale is happier. LOL! Now can I borow that black shirt i sent you at Xmas? BTW- I will be in Vegas from 4/14- 4/22 - can you make it then- for a weekend? Hugs Donna 327/197/ 150

Hi Connie! THANK YOU! If anyone knows or understands what a struggle it is to lose weight its my friends on this board. I had dedicated myself to working out everyday until I broke into Onederland.. It took 3 weeks from 2/7 to 2/28- and I lost 10lbs. Today I weighed 197! YAY!! When I told my trainer I lost 10lbs since he weighed me- he said ALREADY? LOL So next week Im going to start personal training- and we'll see how I do for March. Thanks for your support always - will keep everyone updated how Im doing Hugs Donna 327/197/ 150
