Hi Lori- Thank you! I just got tired of bein 200+ and really dug into what matters to me and its always been about my BMI- Im more than a number on a scale- but as long as it tells me what I want- then its my friend! Otherwise it will go out the window LOL!!
today I saw 197! I did kickboxing and and 80mins of combined cardio & 20 mins of weights. Its impt to do weights after cardio- it ups the 'afterburn" and you burn fat
a lot longer - in case you didnt know.

when you first crack from "3"00 into "2"00 and then you finally crack 100s..you
are so much closer.. And today I hit 197!! YAY!
I did kickboxing followed by another 80 mins of cardio on combined machines.
As long as my scale tells me good things I will keep it! LOL!
