Hi everyone! im updating you as promised. im not going to sugar coat anything, any questions anyone has, just ask! I also have the before and after pics and ill be taking more pics every few days for you to view if you like....all ya have to do is ask, and send me your email addy. Please dont share the pics with anyone, as they are very embarrsing and private to me, but im willing to share them with you all here on the board. Ill have my breast lift/implants done on march 30th so ill share that with you also. Email me privately at [email protected] and tell me who you are and that your from OH in the subject line or it will get deleted accidently. I had my panni removed friday and he took 3 lbs of loose skin off. He also "threw in" a vaginal lift for free! all i did was ask if it would pull the area up and he said no, but he would do it for free for me. Im so happy with the results of that! you can see it instantly! I have 2 JP drains in and the incision is from hip to hip...it actually goes almost to my back on the hip, so its much larger and longer than i thought. Its very painful and taking a shower wasnt fun, and when i seen the incision i was a lil "scared" of it. The binder makes it feel so much better when its on, but when i took it off for the shower it felt funny and like i was going to "split open". I suggest getting a loofa on a stick b4 this surgery for washing/showering purposes...my hubby is getting one for me today. I bought the maxi pads to cover the incision and it takes about 6 super pads to cover the cut, thats how long it is, BUT on a happier note....MY TUMMY IS FLAT and my private area is lifted!! It looks AWESOME! and its so swollen, so i can only imagine what it will look like when healed!! Its a lot more painful than i thought, but it will be worth it in the end! any questions i will be more than happy to ask. If you want to see the pics so far, just ask...but again, respect my privacy and dont share them with anyone. If it takes a day or 2 to respond its because im healing and not online that much. I love you all! Kim

I am so happy for you and that you are happy with the results. Follow the doctors orders. I have a friend who never follows them and has had to have her breasts redone 4 times because she feels good and does whatever. Diana

Hi Kim, I am so glad everything went well for you! I would love to see the pictures, if you don't mind. I have been thinking about PS in the next few months. Did you have to pay yourself or did your insurance cover it? I am wondering what kind of documentation I will have to get for the insurance. I am so excited for you!

I just wanted to tell you all that my sister hasnt sent my pics yet! she tried last night but they didnt go through...i should have them late tonight or tomorrow and ill send them to you all when i get them...as for paying for it, my insurance paid for it, but i have been told i have great insurance because my skin isnt "that bad" and most would deny..BUT when you see the pics, you will see that is IS bad enough! so i dont know what insurance companys call good or bad, lol.....if i wanted the EXTRA tightning i would have to pay out of pocket 2500.00 BUT i decided to put my 2500 towards the actual implants when i get my breasts done on march 30th. You need documentation on skin rashes, and pics if you have them, also, keep a log of them yourself, and if you self treat TELL THEM you self treat! You also need your dr to state that you have remained at the same weight for 6 months and you shouldnt lose anymore. please email me if you have any questions. love u all! kim

Hi Kimmie!! So glad to hear you are happy with PS results! I have 2 firends that have done the TT (both post ops and one is a nurse) and one had the Panni. My friend Lori- ( a nurse) - had the whole circumference- I guess its a lower body lift? She said WLS recovery and pain was nothing compared to that... and she had lipo on her thighs etc I think it took her 4-6wks to recover ad I know she said- she lost some feeling in her thighs- did you have any lipo too? .so I also thought - I would do the Panni - but had no idea it went all the way around.. I know - I wanna do my arms, my breasts and probably my legs and vaginal area. My girls look really good in a bra- but they are so freaking flat!! I went from a 42D to 36/38C, and I swear one is longer than the other & less full. So I think my insurance company may cover it- I don't know. I'm still losing weight- 5lbs away from Onderland and working on it. Most of my weight has been in my legs, arms and stomach area & even though I fit into womens 14- my stomach keeps me from fitting into smaller clothes. I wish I could funnel the fat to my BOOBS! LOL Thanks for sharing with us- I may ask to see pics later..I still need to get my weight lower. How long did your surgeon advise for recovery? Take it easy- don't worry about food- but GET your protein in- I understand that protein speeds up the healing process. So be well and be happy! Hugs Donna

Hi Donna! yes it is alot of pain but im actually doing way better now! As for my boobs they are flat as pancakes, lol and i have pics of those too if anyone wants them, lol...those are just BEFORE for now. but they didnt have a problem approveing them either...but they only approve a lift....which im told people wont be happy with, so if your thinking of getting them lifted, start saving now for the actual implants which is about 2500-3000 extra. The panni doesnt go all the way around, its stops right at your hip close to the back. what your thinking of is called something like a belt lectomy or something. thats where they cut the whole way around your body and pull up...i have a huge cut but it stops at just about my back on my hips. i love to take a shower cuz i just stand and look in the mirror in awe at how flat my tummy is...its just like a dream to me. i get all emotional because all my life i wanted to be thin and not "the fat girl" and everything is all coming together for me...like im dreaming....i cant wait till i get my boobs and this tummy heals so i can see the end results. I havent decided whether or not im getting the arm lift and thights yet....well see when im fished with this phase... love ya kim

Hi, I was wondering if you have your breast done if you have to get them redone after 5 to 7 years.. I heard this but do not know if its true.
