Hi Everyone, The surgery went well and I am back at work this morning. I got a dreadful cold while recovering. My 12 year old was coughing and sneezing on me a few days before my surgery. Ever since my WLS when I ate didn't matter what it was, I felt really bad after for about a 1/2 hour. I would have a stomach ache, nausea or just felt like s***. Well since my gallbladder has been removed I don't get that anymore. I can't believe you can eat food and not feel ill afterward. OMG I thought it was just a part of WLS. I am still so amazed at the moment. I hope I don't gain weight! I will have to stick to the plan even more now I guess. Thank you everyone for your words of encouragement through my surgery. I am going to have one more surgery this year next is a bladder surgery so I can run and exercise without incontinence. That will be nice. Then I am going to take some time off of surgery and then do some PS. Happy Halloween Diana

That's good news Diana! Glad things went well. Sorry about your cold! It is amazing how much better you feel after getting a bad gallbladder out. I had mine out 13 years ago when my son was 10 days old. The only side effect I had was diaharrhea after I ate for a few years afterwards. The eminent kind! But it did go away thankfully! Happy Halloween to you too! Lori
