B-to-B - Thursday
Hi All,
First, I'm going to move my posts to my journal so that you don't all have to weed through.
Second - I'm back at goal as of this morning - here's to it holding until Monday's official weigh in.
Thanks again all - being able to post here helped. 3 more days of just protein (which should be interesting at the air show on Sunday) and then I'll be adding back fruit & veggies with the protein.
Breakfast - 2 hb eggs, 1/4 cottage cheese (21 g)
Lunch - 1 c General Tsaos Chicken (21-28 g)
walked 1.5 hours so dinner was messed up...
Dinner - 2 tbsp low carb peanut butter, hunger control yogurt, 10 mini-saugages w/ cheese (23g)
Over 2.5 liters of water
