Still holding strong... I even managed to get in 2.5 liters of water with a day that included a root canal and a nap due to the root canal Breakfast - 2 eggs/2 slices of ham/ 1/4 cottage cheese & some cheese - all scrambled (~35 grams protein) Lunch - 1 3/4 small chicken breasts and ~1/4 c sliced cheese (~35 more grams of protein) Dinner - 2 eggs and the rest of the chicken breast (~21 grams protein) Weight - 137 - down 2.6 lbs!! Our program suggests 60-80 grams of protein a day, hence I'm going to post that. Hope everyone else is doing great on their journey. Dawn 258/135/137

Breakfast - fat free yogurt Lunch - Chicken breast, 1/2 cup black beans Dinner - 2 broiled chicken breast strips I need to start keeping track of my protein intake so I can be sure I am getting enough. I think I am on the low side but I know I am getting plenty of water. Scale was back up to 184.5 this am 289/180/184.5/160
