First, thanks everyone for tolerating my posts for the next 2 weeks. It's helping me that I can post here for accountability. Food for the day - 3 meals as planned and only protein!! Water intact was outstanding as I drank almost 3 liters of water. How'd you do Debbie? Dawn

For Monday, B'fast was fruit because I hadn't read this post yet! Lunch was a baked chicken breast and dinner was fat free yogurt and a slice of cheese. Ihave a really hard time with water, but I manage to get it in via decaf unweet iced tea, and PLENTY of it! I also got some exercise in by weed whacking all around my house and down the drive. Boy are my forearms sore!!! And the scale actually showed 183 this am so hopefully it will STAY there or go down even more! Debbi 289/180-186/160
