OK, FOR SOME REASON MY LAST POST WENT UNDER MY SISTERS NAME....WEIRD........ HERE IT IS UNDER MY NAME Hi Girls.... Hope everyone is doing well. I'm somewhat starting to feel better. Boy this has been a crappy couple of weeks. Totally haven't exercised which is probably half my problem. Hopefully, by Monday I'll be feeling so much better & will be back on track. The scale is back to 184 today. Think it's because I'm not drinking enough water. I'm definately working on that. Hope everyone is doing good Tammy

Hey you! After our "bathroom" conversation the other day, it's definitely not drinking enough water to get the...um... you know what to pass. I had an issue similar to yours a few months back. When I finally went... I lost several lbs over the weekend! I can't remember specifically how much I lost but it was a few. I will have to go back and read my profile. But that being said, when I have been constipated and finally am able to go, the lbs go too. I am also guilty of not drinking enough water. Some days all I drink is coffee! I know it's bad but I have gotten out of the water habit for some reason. I am going to pu**** again. I am breaking out in zits all over my face and I know it's because I am not flushing my system properly. Let's make a deal with each other to get our water in k? And then we will work on our exercise! Hope you feel better soon!!!! Lori

Sounds like a plan.... I probably won't feel as exhausted if I get my H20 in also... You've got a deal I'm almost done with my 1st 20 oz bottle of water for today (i know it's almost 1:30)... of course i had 20 oz of coffee today too.... bad me ..... I'm shooting for Monday to get back into my exercise routine.... This cooler weather just makes me want to stay inside.... Gotta get over that & get out there before the snow flies. Hi, Ladies. I have the opposite problem happening today. ..if you know what I mean. I have been walking/jogging between 2 and 3 miles a day. I feel so much better. Why do I ever stop exercising? I know I feel like dog doonk when I don't. Anywho, I have been stead fast for the past 2 1/2 weeks. I have gained back up to 170 from 166. What the? I don't rock back and forth with my weight the way I used to do. I pretty much stay the same weight everyday-all day-170. I hope I am not through losing. I have GOT to get down to 140!! And I would love to do so by Christmas, but that is a lot of weight this far out. Anyway, I've missed you guys. By the way, I have GOT to post a picture. LOL, Sherry 5'7" 276/170/140
