Getting worried....a little long...

I have not lost weight in about 4 months. I'm not complaining...too much...as I've lost 130 pounds since surgery. My weight is fluctuating and I've been stuck at the top of that fluctuation for quite a while. I know we are able to eat more as time goes on. And lately, I feel like I can eat A LOT. I don't get hungry at all. I eat because I need to. But I sometimes feel like since I'm not hungry and eating anyway, that I'm just doing what I did before I had surgery. I ate all the time...most of the time I wasn't hungry. So I feel like I'm setting myself up for failure. Tonight, for dinner, I ate a cup of cottage cheese with 4 whole beets. I also ate a cup of grilled veggies. I realize that most of that food is not very dense fod. I normally eat meat and veggies for dinner. Tonight was an exception. I guess I just feel like that is way too much food, volume wise. For lunch, I ate half a wrap, but really felt like I could've eaten the whole thing. For breakfast, I had 4 small sausage links. About an hour and a half later, I ate a whole bagel with cream cheese. A week or so ago, I could only eat 1/2 a bagel and felt very full. Not today. This is really scaring me. I don't have any pains or anything like that. I just feel like I can eat too much. I've been told to call my surgeon. But what do I say? I did call my nut and then saw her a week or so later for my one year follow up. They pretty much said I'm right on target and not to worry. I'm not sure what I should do, if anything, but be patient. What do you guys think? Thanks, Tina

I've lost 2lbs in the last month, 3lbs the month prior to that. As my year anniversary approached, I was determined to get to the century club. I was a very, very good girl. However, going to back to basics has not moved the scale. Nothing for the past 12 days. To get back on point, how much I can eat changes from day to day. Some days, I can eat a whole sandwich, others, I can barely finish half. Even if you are still sticking with the high protien, low fat, low carb, meals, I think how much you can eat is always going to fluxuate. -Torrey (218/183/160)

Lord do I feel better knowing that I am not the only one. My scales haven't moved but up and down since the end of May. I do the same thing,,some days I can only eat a half of a plain hamburger (without the bread),,and other days I feel like I could eat at least 2. I am watching what I eat,,I do cheat now and then and eat a few too many carbs but for the most part I am good. So whats up?! No I haven't been exercising like I should but haven't had the time what with a new job and having to babysit in between those times. I do so hope that this isn't it. I have to go back to the doctor in 2 weeks and know that he will probably be upset with me. I probably have about 6 extra pounds back on. So what can we do to break this GIANT A** PLATEAU?????!! I need to know what to do,,,helppppppp Judy
