I finally got back out there...
And walked 3 miles today. Feels like forever since I did that. Felt great though! I am pushing myself to lose this last 23 lbs to get to my 140lb goal. I want to try and make it there before February. That is when I am going to look into plastics. I figured my weight will be pretty stable by then.

Hi Lori,
You're looking great! Walking has been one of the few types of exercise I'm still doing regularly, and I know how you felt. I walked 5 miles with a friend a couple of weeks ago and it was a lot of fun (if very hot) to be able to do it still.
