Good Afternoon to All My August Friends...
How's everyone doing??? Are we all moving those butts???? I walked 3 miles today, had a protein drink & working very hard on sticking to the basics today. Trying to break this 182-183.5 cycle.
Always Remember..............
Protein First (60 to 100 grams a day)
Drink...Drink...Drink... 48-64 oz a Day
Exercise ... Get those butts moving
Control munching between meals
Feel free to add more if you'd like

I need to get that protein in first. I've been struggling with my last 1/2 pound to the century club...so I will increase my protein and drink more water plus excerise...I know that's the key.
Soon, I hope, I'll break this 100 pound barrier!! Didn't get in exercise yesterday due to the weather here in Florida, but I will get out and walk this evening!!

Those last few lbs to hit the century mark seem to take FOREVER. Hang in there girl, it'll come off.
Did you get a ton of rain? Any damage? We're supposed to get the rain tomorrow from Ernesto. Yippee... Lucky, no plans tomorrow except work. Monday, we'll be going to the state fair.
