One year ago today....

I started this journey. I have exceeded all expectations!! I remember thinking...if I could just get to a size 14 or 12 I would be so happy. Little did I know I would lose 138 pounds and be UNDER my goal wearing a size 6. I am so happy and thankful for the tool I have been provided. I am also proud of myself for excercising and making good food choices MOST of the time.
