On Our way to Maryland

Good Morning Everyone... It's 5:45 am & me & my girls are just getting ready to head out for Maryland. As you all know, my sister had her RNY on the 15th & we're going to help get her on her way to becoming a WLS success.... I'll be posting from there I'm sure.... Keep up the great work everyone on your exercise. I was 181 this morning so starting to go down once again.... Let's see how I do on vacation for a week ....
