Monday's Exercise

Happy Monday to All... Hope you all had a great weekend. Ours was good. Took the 3 hr trip up North on Friday & stayed with friends until Sunday. We had a great weekend. Tomorrow is my sisters surgery in Maryland. Everyone please say a prayer for her that God will guide her surgeons hands through an uneventful, successful surgery. My girls & I will be leaving this Saturday to go spend the week with her. I'll let everyone know how it turns out. Anyway, I did get a one mile bike ride in this morning. I rode my daughters bike...wow that seat sucks... At least I got a mile in.... Todays weight was teetering between 181 & 181.5 Have a great day everyone..... tomorrow will be 1 year since my surgery Tammy

The SUN'll COME OUT TOMORROW.. remember the theme from ANNIE? WELL its gonna shine on all us Celebrating our AUGUST Anniversary.. I AM most certainly going to the gym tonight and celebrating my progress..I might even take that class that kills with the powerflexing..I am so happy my abdomen is a straight line down- I know it doesn't sound like a big deal- but FOREVER did my stomach and lower abs bulge forward.. and Now I feel like a girl And I really cannot imagine succeeding this far without any surgery...It's like I've lost 2 "60lb kids" LOL!!! Now all I need is for someone to ask me where did I lose my kids! CONGRATULATIONS TAMMY! WE ARE NOW together!! Hugs Donna

Hello Tammy and everyone! welp, got up early and went for a 2 mile walk! (day off) my bike took a crap!! LOL need to get a new one!!going to take another walk this evening when it gets cool! I will be preying that everything goes well with your sister. She will do great! Weight wise..... well 190! But i'll take that for now!!Not for a min. gonna give up!! lets have a great week ladies!!! Hi Tammy, congrats to you and Donna on ya'lls one year anniversary tomorrow. You have really been there for us and for that I thank you from the bottom of my heart. I know I'm the lazy one of the group, but I still like posting and chatting with you ladies. Today was Rolens first day of school and he must of had a great time because, he fell a sleep around 5pm this evening and he's still a sleep right now. I'm about to wake him up so he want be keeping me up later to night. OH! by the way it is 7:45pm right now. Guess what, the 4 pounds I gain last week I have already loss 3 of them. I don't know how I did it but I'm happy with it. Maybe all the walking I did at Targets and Wal-mart saturday and sunday looking for Rolen a lunch bag. And after we return home I remembered I had bought him one 2 weeks ago and it was in the trunk of my truck. I guess I'm just getting OLD and crazy.
