A Major Milestone for Me!!!

Hey everyone.... I know I have been MIA lately, just seem to be so much busier with Life now!!! ...I just was putting a little update on my profile and as I updated my ticker and saw my new BMI come up with my new weight my jaw dropped to the floor....drum roll....I am no longer overweight!! Not obese, not overweight, but now I am a normal weight!!!

...I could not believe it, wow, my one year anniversary is this week on the 16th and I never thought I would have come so far. I have lost 158 pounds, a whole Nancy, pretty much. I now weigh 162 pounds, hoping for 150, but that is a personal goal and I can keep that going for the future, I just had to share! Hope everyone has a great Monday!
