Friday's exercise!
I finally got out and walked today! And.... drumroll please.... I did 3 miles! Yesss! It felt so good to get back out there! I don't know why I ever let myself stop my walking routine. It feels so GREAT to get out there and do it. It's just that I let myself lapse. Not anymore. I am making a deal with myself. I WILL WALK AT LEAST 4 DAYS A WEEK!!!!
I only have another 14 days until my 1 year appt. I wanted to be 150 by then. I don't think I am gonna make that, but I want to at least BE in the 150's. I was 161 this AM. Hopefully all this water and protein intake is helping. I feel like I am gonna float away with all the water I have been drinking! Averaging 96 oz a day!
Anyhoo... wanted to wish you all a happy weekend! We are supposed to go on a 5 mile hike tomorrow. Guess it's pretty hard, mostly uphill all the way until you come back down. I hope I can do it! We will bring the camera and take pics. I will let ya know how it turns out!

myself Im 190!! But still gettin the excersise in though! Im trying so hard to get the rest of this weight off!! Im thinking 30 more lbs. and Ill be happy ! Not that Im not happy now sure beets 130!!! Wow last year at this time till now, man, I do feel so good about myself!! I'm glad everyone has done so well for a yr. out. I went for my yr. labs on thursday. Then I go for my yr. appt. on the 17th. Now im going to go for my evening walk with my son. Take care,
