I'm alittle behind but Congrats!!!
I'm sorry ladies I've been lazy and overworked, but I decided I would slow down and see whats been going on. WOW is all I can say. You girls have been doing so great with your exercise routines and your weight loss. I'm really going to try to get back with the program and stay with it this time. I will have to ride my stationary bike because its to HOT to be walking. I live in Fort Worth Texas and for the last 3 days it has been over 100 degrees here. And what I'm hearing is we will be in the 100's for the next week are so. So like I said it's to HOT!!!. My weight is still between 191.5 to 194, and I'm ready to see the scale move down some. So I'll have to try and ride my bike 3 to 4 times a week. I cancel my doc appointment, it was for today. I really haven't loss enough weight in the last 3 months and I didn't want him to make me fill bad about being lazy this time around. I've only loss between 12 and 14 pounds and I know he wanted me to lose more. But on a good note you girls have made me want to try again and I only hope I can keep it up. Don't stress over your weight loss. You should keep your appointments. They can't expect you to drop like the beginning. Heck I was 198 on his scale on 4/17 which was my last visit. I'll probably be like 188 this time... That's only 10 lbs. I think he'll still be happy. Hey, I am...

I would not say you have been lazy at all! We have almost identical numbers, I started at 289 and am now between 190-193. I was 208 at my 6 month check up so I have lost less than 20 pounds in 5 months, but hey, it's still a loss!! I am also in the same neck of the woods as you, I live in Rhome, TX, 27 miles North on 287 and the heat is getting to me too so I stay inside on my treadmill.
Keep up the great work and don't knock yourself. ANY weight loss is GOOD weight loss.
