Good Saturday to All... How's everyone doing today??? I'm doing good. Went to bed at like 9 pm last night. Man I was whipped. Am working again today. She gave me 20 hrs of ot for this week. Sorry again. I have been really MIA. Still exercising every morning. Trying to get in a little sweat some evenings. Working a 2nd job is really taking away from the "me" time. And I thought I had "too much time on my hands". But still working out.... "never give up! never surrender!" Have fun! Pam

Pam.... Hey.......... great to hear from you. Great job continuing your exercise. Even if it is just once a day. I know how work can get in the way & sure does scramble up your life, but it is what it is & we have to find a way to work around it. Looks like you're doing a wonderful job Keep it up & keep comeing back to let us know how you're doing. Tammy

Hija Tammy, The bike ride sounds nice all the way around. I capped off my week of bike rides, PT, softball, and tennis with 2 hours of kayaking on a lake near me. The National Park Service there offers free moonlight kayak tours on the lake. It's another item off my list to do checked off! Dawn 258/134/135

HIJACK!!! Hi Dawn! I just wanted to tell you- I looked through your profile- U LOOK AWESOME! That red dress looks so great on you! I cannot believe the difference in your pictures! You have done a great job! How long were you working out with a trainer? It really shows. Im thinking about doing it- as a birthday gift to me - its expensive but I know its worth it. I cannot wait until I am 150lbs or lower.. You look so great at 131. Hugs, Donna

Hi Again (I had replied via email and just received an email from Obesity Help that that wasn't okay any more...) Thanks for the compliments. I have to admit I'm please with how I look in the red dress. I bought it for next year's Bariatric Extravangza that's in Feb. with the color red for it's theme color. Surprise, Surprise. and since it was only $13 bucks I just couldn't pass it up. It also gives me some added incentive to keep the weight off! You're looking pretty darn good yourself and you too have changed quite a bit and the 150 window will be passed before you know it. I didn't actually go to a trainer - the PT I've been doing for the last 2-3 weeks is due to pulling my quads when running for a fly softball in our first official game! I agree though that it would make a great birthday present. I'd love to go spend 6-8 weeks of intensive toning training like they do on Extreme Makeover. Luckily my clothes covers most of my flabbiness. Dawn

Yes, Dawn, the red dress looks AWESOME..... I can't say enough about how good you look. Can't even notice the skin. We all have it that's for sure..... My other sister is scheduled for her rny on 8/15/06 (my one year ) and we said next year the 3 of us should submit something to extreme makeover... That would be soooo cool.....
