Breakfast is a 24oz nonfat, sugarfree hazelnut latte
Snack is either yogurt with flax cereal mixed in or just a banana or other piece of fruit
Lunch is usually always a Lean Cuisine meal, or sometimes a salad with chicken
Snack ( I don't always have a snack after lunch) is 2 string cheese, or another piece of fruit
Dinner is some kind of protein and veggies
Snack is usually sugarfree kettle corn, not every night but alot of them or I will have some kind of fruit, we have been on a cantaloupe and watermelon kick lately!
And of course I try and get in water in between my meals.

I've been kinda inconsistent lately & really not chosing the best foods, so I'll keep a watch on this post. Lately, though it's been the following:
Usually always have my morning trip to the coffe shop for my Raspberry/Hazelnut Coffee
B Small piece of quiche or a scrambled egg w/ cheese or yogurt w/ grape nuts or achievOne protein drink(sometimes, no breakfast at all but not very often)
L been having alot of low carb wrap sandwiches lately. depending on what kind ie: turkey or turkey salad, sometimes I can eat the whole thing, other times no. When i don't have the wrap, I have a lean cuisine/smart ones/or stouffers meal (the small ones) i can't eat the bigger sized meals
D Whatever the family is having or another lean cuisine
Snacks: lately it has been fruit. we scooped out a watermelon & mixed watermelon, grapes, peaches, blueberries & strawberries together. it's been so good
Sometimes I have 100 calorie bag of popcorn and, yes, on occasion grab a few chips. shoot for the sun chips most of the time, but try to avoid the crunchy stuff.
not quite sure on my total calories as i usually just try to chose from higher protein counts.
i do get at least 64 oz of liquids in & my vitamins & calcium
Great question

Hi Sheree -
I am doing 70-90gms+ protein daily. I am 50lbs away from my goal..so Im still working on it. I workout 4times or more a week. I just havent been posting it
B- muscle milk & oats- instant oatmeal- 30g protein
Or dannon fit/lively yogurt with 1 scoop unflavored protein = 26g protein
snack= banana or apple with peanut butter = 10g protein
or Another yogurt with protein= 26g protein
(Today I had 2 bananas separately with PB) for breakfast . I will fill up on 1 banana.
L= usually 6z chicken caesar salad- custom made with veggies or 1/2 sandwich
I always have leftovers.
snack= usually fruit or mini bag of popcorn
D= lately its been BBQ hot dogs or chicken, stir fried chx/shrimp veggies. Last night it was old fashioned french toast with s/f syrup and 2 scrambled eggs.(the second time I had it since surgery. so its a treat for me) The FT was the first I really began eating bread. I worry about it stretching my pouch.
Liquid Isopure= 20z= 40g protein - I have this 1x day- counts towards fluids too
Propel 2-3 bottles a day- more if Im at the gym

Hi Donna
I have arround 40lbs more as well. Its harder now!! I eat alot of p-nut butter as well. I just love the stuff!! By reading the posts so far, Im eating to many snacks. I just get hungry though. Think if I eat more solid foods like chicken and cottage cheese and stuff like that maybe I will stay full longer. I try to avoid the water at least 1 hr after I eat. Thank you so much for the help!! Have a great day and your doin GREAT!!!!

Sheree,
I have a pretty standard boring menu:
B - 8-10 wheat crackers (I like the Pepperidge Farm) with 2 oz cheese
L - either a small sandwich (I love the 7-11 little turkey sandwiches, whole grain bread and 190 calories, they are really tasty) or Wendy's Chili, sometimes a cheeseburger, or sometimes more crackers and cheese
D - either crackers and cheese, maybe 3/4 cup hamburger helper, maybe 2 steak tips cooked a real long time (about 1" square)
S - sometimes cheese and crackers, sometimes a mini bag of popcorn, sometimes nothing
I drink about 120 oz of coffee, 16 oz crystal light and 12 oz diet pepsi or sprite throughout the day (I know these aren't recommended liquids, but it's working for me)
This varies greatly. Sometimes if I am not paying attention, I could go all day without eating, and sometimes it seems like I can't stop (I went for a full day at the amusement park and ate a 2/3 of a cheeseburger, 1/2 fried chicken sandwich, 20 fries, 6-8 onion rings, a whole fried dough and half a funnel cake sunday along with at least 12 16-oz cups of diet coke, spread thoughout the day and still lost 3 pounds that day, go figure!)
So....I guess I am saying don't take nutrition advice from me, but it seems like now I eat "normal," but small portions, and have never gained a pound, and continue to lose.

Hi Carrie! Thanks for the post!
Thats great your doing well. I can eat most everything myself. I still can not eat sugar though I tried and my heart races and I get a stomach ache!! Im glad for that though! LOL. I do try to stay away from fried foods. And I tried to drink a diet pepsi cause I wanted one and it gave me horrible gas pains!! So I just drink my diet snapple teas, crystal lite and water, and my decaf coffee! Usually for breakfast I eat a southbeach meal bar. arround 20 grams of protien and under 200 cal. and low carbs and next to nothing sugar! They taste pretty good! I have had the 7-11 sandwiches as well! And they are very good! I like the egg salad ones! Low carb slimfast meals (liquid) are good for protien as well , and I at times drink one to get more protien in.
Hope you have a great weekend!!

Sheree,
That is too funny! I ate a 7-11 sandwich once before surgery out of desperation and was surprised at how tasty they are. I have been telling everyone about them and I always get, "I think I'll pass" or "I would never eat a sandwich from a gas station" but they are really very good, with good soft bread and fresh crispy lettuce.
Well, now I sound like I work for 7-11!!
Good luck to you!
Carrie
