Exercise Challenge Apology
Hi Everyone....
I'm so sorry about not keeping up with this post lately. As everyone knows lifes been crazy around here. As I'm sure it has been for everyone else. It's certainly no excuse to not take at least 20-30 minutes out for myself. My body has truly missed that "me" time. This weekend is a long weekend for me & hopefully, alot of you too. I'm goiing to regroup & refocus. My weight has barely moved since the beginning of May & with my 11 month check up on July 17th, I'd love for it to start moving again. Seems the only thing I've been keeping up with is vitamins & liquids. I really need to focus on my protein. Not that I've been eating bad, just my protein isn't where it should be. I bet once I get that back up there, I'll see some scale movement. I know the daily post keeps alot of us motivated & moving & I hope that my neglegence hasn't rubbed off on anyone....bad, bad thing ................
I will still post on Monday for the names of everyone that kept up the challenge for June. Great job to all of you that have. We're quickly moving into July & we're gonna move it move it... we've got to move it move it.............. I'm ready for July.... How bout' you????

ps. Say a little prayer for my step-mother. she's been in the hospital since this past Monday. Today, she is being tested for colon cancer.
Hey Tammy,
I know the feeling of the weight seeming to be at a standstill these days. I increased my water and protein yesterday and lost another 1/2 pound this a.m. So, I am guessing that your are right on track with increasing that pesky protein!
I'll be praying for your step-mom and hope all is okay with her.

I aggree with ya Tam!! Everyone has been so busy!!Ive been excersising but I know I have not been doing it as much lately! A new month!! WE all can do this!!!I do hope your step-mom is ok. Prayers are sent for her. Going to go swimming today and get some laps in. Its been so hot here lately!! Have a great day!!
