TGIF!

This is my exercise posting I do for the WA board. I have revamped it a bit so I could post here too. Hope this finds you all happy healthy and wise! Happy Friday everyone! I can't believe the weather we have been having since the first day of Summer.. It's gorgeous here in WA! I am LOVIN it! But it sure makes it hard to be stuck inside my office all day! Oh well.... gotta make the bucks! So how did we do today? I went tanning so no walking today or yesterday. Didn't end up at Wally World last night. Went and watched my son play ball. He scored 5 pts! YES! That is the most he has score in a game! I was very proud of him. And it's about time they gave him the ball so he COULD score! He is 6'1" so he is a post player, the one who stands under the hoop and waits for the rebounds. The other boys are the shooters. But Kyle got an offensive rebound and put the ball back up for 2 points, and got fouled for another point! Then they passed him the ball under the hoop for another 2pts several plays later. Hopefully now they will start giving him the ball more often! So I am glad I got to see it. This weekend will be EXTREMELY busy again. My daughter has another bball tourny Sat and Sun. I will get lots of walking in. We might go watch my nephew race his mini-sprint tonight. He is a 2-time Grand Champion and is only 15! His dream is to race NASCAR some day! I believe he will make it! He better get me free tickets when he does!!! Anyhoo.... So, what are ya gonna do to move your butts today? Let's get PHYSICAL! OMG, Olivia just channeled herself into my brain... Lori It's Saturday.. first I wanted to tell ya- I had read your previous post- about pics- and looked through them- but I didnt have time to post any response, cuz I was at work..soo I just wanted to say- keep up the great work- YOU LOOK AWESOME!! If you didnt show me those pics- I would have never believed it was you.. Damn Good Lookin Now! Next - I have been boosting my protein up t0 80gm/day and believe it or not- have not exercised as intensely or as much as I'd like to- and I am now down to 213! That is even 2 lbs this week and 11lbs within June..so I am now 14lbs from ONEDERLAND..and my goal is to hit it before my b'Day July16... Today I had to make room in my closet yet again..I fit faster into the 16s than I expected..I now weigh less than my son- still more than my mom, but fit into my sons clothes and smaller sizes than my Mom..Which is really funny now..because I have always been the bigger person..LOL..My Mom is happy for me and said- at 90- she is glad to have lived long enough to see me come this far..Im lucky that she has..and I credit her with giving me the push I needed to opt for this surgery..so cleaning my closet and trying on clothes took 3hrs..LOL and Im heading to the gym to workout..Believe it or not- we have had MORE RAIN than Seattle! LOL Hope you have a great weekend..Next wseekend is JULY4th..YAYA!! I have a 4 day holiday!! yayayyaya... Oh- by the way- I have been looking into date/place for get together- and believe it or not- Las Vegas is cheaper than Atlantic City or NY.. LOL..If 2or 3 people share a room- that would work- wouldn't it? ..The weekends are the most expensive nights in Vegas-but some places like the Sahara- charge $39 and $89( i think) on weekends.. 63lbs to my goal! Thanks for the compliments sweetie! I really can't believe I ever looked the way I did either. It's so amazing to me how much different I look. I don't think I look like the same person anymore! Way to go on your weightloss! You have really kicked started it!!! Keep up the good work and you will be to goal in no time! I think Vegas sounds reallllly fun! I used to live there and I miss it so much. Mostly the weather, but there is always something to do down there too! I was never bored! Right now there is a fare sale from Seattle to Vegas so I could get my ticket for $163. Not bad. It really doesn't matter where we stay as long as it's cheap. I know that if we stay in the "old" strip, it tends to be a *****eaper. Too bad we don't know someone in the business down there that could snag us a good deal on rooms. I will check with my "connections" and see if I can't find something too. You look like a totally different person too in your latest pics! You look so young! Take care and keep it up!! Hey Lori - I got an .. How about we post on the Nevada board- asking someone to help us and that we want to get together in Vega$ in late Aug or Sept.. Someone should give us ideas where to stay..I cost at the Sahara is only $39day per room & on weekends its $89.. that is supercheap and its a 3 star hotel and I think even someplace like the MGM during the summer is like $95day- and that being split 3 ways..is good.. or I understand the non casino hotels are cheaper - even on weekends.. I'm going to post on the Nevada board..see what response we can get.. Once a day, Im good for ideas.. Just once. Used my quota..gotta go! LOL Hugs, Donna
