I have a question
First of all I hope everyone is doing great and staying cool. My potassium is low and I wanted to know if any of you take potassium pills are liquid potassium. I hate to say I've fallen off the exercise wagon, because I've been working alot of overtime, and I'm trying to get my son ready for kindergarden. Being a teacher, which I'm not is ready hard. But my son is learning the basic kindergarden stuff really well. Getting back to the potassium, I would really appreciate any help you could give me. Take care and keep up the good work.

Hi Tammy,
Thanks for replying, I hope you find a answer to my question. And your right kindergarden is a big step, not just for him it's a really jumbo size step for me. But I know he will do just fine. I'll be the one crying and acting like a baby. He's my only child my baby.
Take care Carolyn (Jc C.)
Hi Carolyn!
You do know that bananas are loading with potassium right? I know they are higher in calories but they ARE good for you. I eat one at least once or twice a week, sometimes more. I personally don't want to take another pill to raise my potassium. Just a suggestion of course! Good luck to you!
