Well, I am bursting at the seams, so to speak!!! I met a goal today and I want to shout from the roof tops but came here since I knew each and every one of you would be happy for me plus understand the importance. I have lost 100 pounds and 50.5 inches as of today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!These last five pounds have taken over a month but finally! I just cannot believe it. The other day I picked up a 50 pound bag of dog food and could not believe that less than a year ago I was carrying twice that! No wonder I was so tired, crabby and had no ambition. You know, I, like many of you I am sure, have considered myself weak but looking back at what we have endured and accomplished we are some pretty tough cookies!! Take care, Lynne 276/276/156

Hi Lynne, I think your stats should read 276/176/156. OMG! You are just 20 pounds to goal...that's fantastic too!! Wow! what an amazing accomplishment. I feel like I'll never even reach onederland let alone loose 100 pounds. I am fighting the same 2 pounds day by day. Yes, I know the struggle of trying to see it gone before the end of the month, but oops, it's here tomorrow. I know that I will make it, it is just very frustrating. Today has been a bad day for me, so I'm not too encouraging for my own benefit, but I do want to say, "YOU GO GIRL!!! YOU ROCK!!!!" Lori 293/203/135/130

Way to go Lynne!!!! It also took me a long time to drop those pounds so I could say I lost 100 lbs. Our bodies just want to hang on to that weight I guess. Diana 263/160/145

That is totally awesome Lynne! I remember that day very well. I couldn't believe it! Yeah, try carrying around two of those 50lb bags of dogfood with you all day long... I don't even think I could lift two of them together without getting a hernia! Amazing surgery isn't it?? Lori

Yeah Lynne!!! Way to go! I know how frustrating it can be when we're struggling with just a couple of pounds. It took me almost 3 months to lose the last 5 or so to goal, then this last month I lost 7 lbs (though of course 3 were just yesterday due to the flu ) Enjoy the moment and keep on trucking and those last 20 to goal will be gone before you know it!
