Good morning everyone, I do not post often however I would to know what are your goals for the month of June? I would love to be in a size 16 jeans, STARTED IN A SIZE 36, currently in 18s now. I can wear regular 16 skirts and shorts, but we all now how jeans work!!!!

Yes we do know how jeans work! I LOVE stretch jeans! But hey, if they fit, so be it! My goal is to lose another 5 lbs which will put me at 170. And to keep walking 3-4 times a week! Lori

Well, I didn't make goal for May, so let's start anew. I currently weigh 203, so by end of June I would like to weigh 198 which was my goal for May. I have been battling the same 2 pounds for 3 weeks now and I am getting very frustrated. I feel like I'll never make it to onederland. I want so badly to be under 200 pounds for once in my adult life. So, what to do to get there: 1. Eat more protein...I believe I've been lazy in this area. 2. No grazing...I seem to do this about 3 times a week. Not constant, but more snacking then I need too. 3. Drink more water. Been lazy with this as well. 4. Star****er aerobics 3 days a wee****il I move. No pool after that. Well, those are good goals and I hope to hit onderland by end of June for sure! Would even like to be in the century club, but not holding my breath. It seems like 5 pounds would be easy, but these days it isn't easy at all. Good luck to us all!! Lori 293/203/135/130

Hija, My goal for the month is to just make it through the end of the school year, taking students to the Grand Canyon for 5 days (and each day is a 12 hour day of movement - I would NEVER have survived it last year) and then camping a week later. After that - I have got to get to the gym and see how much toning I can do before the school year starts again! Dawn 258/131/135
