You and I have the same problem then! I constantly want to eat at work and that's where I am getting in alot of calories and carbs.. I hate that! However, if I am having a busy day or I'm just at home, I won't eat nearly the amount I do at work. I think I need brain surgery Clarissa

OMG Clarissa, I've been battling with this problem since two months out. I am constantly looking at the clock to see when my next meal will be or if enough time has passed for me to eat my next meal. All day, what am I going to cook for lunch, what am I going to cook for dinner. I go to sleep thinking about what I'm going to cook the next day. I already know what I'm going to cook for breakfast. I have to cook for five people, it's all about keeping it interesting; it's sooooo stressful. I've been thinking about taking something to curb my appetite for months now. I don't because I don't know what it will do to me. You are doing so well, I am so proud of you Don't give up, keep up the good work. Toya 284/210/165

Hi Clarissa, I also had been going through this and managed to gain a few lbs for the first time in my journey. Then, I found that logging in my food intake was quite helpful and cutting out the carbs and increasing my protein and fluid. It really is that simple. Try replacing some of your carbs (fruits, etc.) with some protein instead for a while and see if you feel less "hungry". I bet you will! I know I did and the scale started moving again. Good luck! JP
