Day 24 Exercise...WOOO HOOOO
Howdy All.............
Good Morning..... I'm posting bright & early today to get us all through the mid-week Hump Day......
How's everyone doing today??? How's your week going. Exercise??? Life?? etc....
The week is going pretty good for me. Getting back on track with everything & feeling just GGGGRREAAATTT....
Got up early this morning & walked a whopping 5 miles ...... Did it in 1 hr & 25 minutes. Thought that was pretty darn good. Have my pedometer on today & have exceeded the daily 10,000 steps already & it's only 8 am.... (10, 818 to be exact).....
At any rate....haven't jumped in the shower yet so not sure of my weight. Thinking around 188, but we'll see.
Let's go girls....get those buns a moving.... YOU'LL BE GLAD YOU DID!!!!!

WOW! 5 MILES!!! I have done horrible during the month of May. However, three months from today will be my one year surgiversary and I am recommitting myself to exercising at least 20 minutes everyday until August 24th. I will begin by jogging/walking 2 miles this afternoon. I was hoping to be down to 140 by my one year anniversary. I guess it could still happen, but I would at least like to weigh in the 160's by then.
