How About A Regional Conference In CNY

My sister Deb & I are trying really hard to get an Obesity Help Regional Conference to come to Syracuse, NY next Spring.... Here's a copy of Deb's post from the NY board. Please let either of us know what your thoughts are...... Hi all, I was at the East Coast Conference in Pittsburgh...it was great. I spoke with some people about a regional conference taking place in Central NY ( Syracuse ). I need to know if anyone would be willing to attend if a conference could be arranged. Syracuse is located in Central NY. Distances are approximate: From: NYC 247 miles From: Buffalo 150 miles From: Binghamton 73 miles From: Albany 144 miles From: Massena 161 miles From: Watertown 70 miles From: Rochester 87 miles I would need to try to get at least 100 people who would be willing to attend in order to pursue this further. I am going to check all of the support groups in our area, and it would be great if you could check with yours. Syracuse is a beautiful city with wonderful facilities to hold such an important event.
