Exercise Day 18
Hello Everyone
ok, i posted this nice long message & it didn't go so here I go again.....
Everything seems to be finally winding down. No exercise for me today, but in light of everything. The scale has been pretty good..only waivering a couple pounds. This morning I was 189...yeah.... I'll be moving my butt...BIG TIME...next week... Gonna start a strength training program as well.
How's everyone else doing?? Has anyone heard the song Whenever You Remember by Carrie Underwood??? Well, it reminds me so much of this journey. I called my sister & dedicated this song to her as her & I are only 9 weeks apart in our surgeries & I couldn't have done this without her. I am walking 2.5 miles today at lunchtime. It's gonna be B-E-A-utiful here today! As it has been all week!! I am actually wearing a miniskirt today! Whoo Hoo! Well not too mini... just above the knee. But a skirt nonetheless! I would never have worn one 98lbs ago! eeek!
I weighed 183 again this morning. I have really upped my water and am staying away from snacks. Three meals a day with a piece of fruit in the afternoon. Although I did have popcorn last night!
I am determined to lose at least 3 more lbs by next Wednesday to put me at 101lbs lost. That is the day of my 9-month check up. I was 207lbs at my 6-month check up in February. So, I guess I better keep my butt in gear!

You've been doing great getting back into an exercise routine. I'll be with you next week I promise..... Mini skirt...wooo hooooo. There's some new pics on my profile from the conference & I'm wearing a skort....but it's pretty short. It looked pretty good even with my ghost white legs... Gotta work on a tan..hehehehehe 98 lbs..........you're sooooooooooo close... Good for you

Hey, Lori and Tammy. I have GOT to get back in gear as well. My husband and I are having a stressful time in our relationship at this point. I guess when you lose weight; you have to deal with issues head on that were being fed by the food. You guys pray for us. I know you all will.
Anyway, back to the task at hand. I want to start jogging again and get up to 2 miles a day. I also want to begin a weight training program as well. Especially, after reading your post, Tammy, about the Conference. WOW!! Great info.

Hi,
Late in posting. But did exercise am 30 mins. Did not exercise pm because went to a spring football game. (My son scored a touch down!) Had so much fun. Ate some popcorn... It was so good! I don't remember popcorn being that good!
Goal still to exercise 2 x per day. Didn't meet the goal today but still running at 80%.
