Hello everyone!

Did you think I had fallen of the face from the face of teh earth?? NO, this old tuff bird had ankle surgery to remover hardware from about 2 years ago that had been bothering me. I was assued that it would be a breeze and I only would have to be on crutches 1-2 wks.....welll, with myluck, no such think! After removing all thed hardward they saw there was not enought strengh left in the bones, so they told me on the date of the surgery (4/28) I would probally be on cructhces 6-8 wks.!!!! Anywyay, I got my staples out Monday of last week and that really helped and the doctor told me to start gradually putting weight on it, just don't over do it...but what a pain. I am really trying to make this a positive experice and wanted to let you know why I have not been posting. and :kisses: to you all! Nancy
