Good Afternoon everyone.... Hope all you Mom's had a wonderful day yesterday & a great weekend. The OH regional conference was sooooo informative. I wanted to clone myself so I could participate in all the sessions. I did get to some really great ones though that's for sure. I'll definately be attending again next year. My sister & I are working really hard to get one in Syracuse, NY. Fingers Crossed. Anyway, how'd everyone do with exercise??? I see a few responses to the recent posts... Let's go girls.... Do we really want this post to dwindle away???? I hope not cause it keeps me honest. Friday, my sister & I did get about a mile walk in before everything started. Saturday, didn't exercise as we attended the morning sessions & then left for our 6 1/2 hr trip home. Yesterday, nothing again as I was pretty exhausted from our trip & had some running to do. Today............ weight 189.5 walk: 1 mile (our fallen soldier was brought home this past friday & we went for his military honor moving this morning from the funeral home to the church). It was beautiful. His calling hours are tonight & funeral tomorrow so please keep his family in your prayers. If any of you want to see who I'm talking about go to wixt.com or wktv.com. His name is Eli Parker. They have video. Have a Great Day Tammy

I have not posted in over a week, but my baby was in the hospital last week with a horrible stomach virus. He is much better now. Thank God! To catch you up on what has been going on... Well, I did not exercise for an entire week (the week before last) and I lost about five pounds. Go Figure! I know the exercise will help in the long run and I feel 100% better when I do. I just think that is a little odd. It was probably just time for me to lose again. Oh well, I began exercising again last Sunday. I walked a fast mile and jogged ½ mile outside. I loved jogging. I forgot how great I feel after running. I was surprised that I was able to run for a ½ mile without stopping. It is a lot easier to jog on a treadmill than it is outside. Our track is on a foothill, so it has lots of hills. My goal is to get up to running two miles a day. I ran again on Monday for close to a mile (only stopped once) and walked a mile as well. The baby got sick on Monday night and I have been by his side since then. I even slept in his baby bed in the hospital. It is the only way that he could be comforted. Our community held its annual 13 mile yard sale the Saturday before last. As I stated before, I sold all of my FAT GIRL clothes. I made a little over $300. I am going to put wood organizers in my master closet with the money. I wish I could build a house around a closet. I hate clutter and I am on a mission to get rid of every ounce of it out of my life. May 1: 187 May 2: 188 May 3: 188 May 4: 186 May 5: 185.5 May 6: 183 May 7: 183 May 8: 183 May 14: 188 What the heck? May 15: 182.5 WHEW! Thank God. LOL, Sherry 5'7" 276/182.5/130-140 (WOW!! Only 42.5 pounds away from 140. This is what I weighed when I was a majorette in college and twirled & danced in front of thousands of people in a bathing suit and Go Go Boots).

Hi! Did my 30 min this morning but haven't done any evening work out. Too busy WATCHING the basketball games on TV. Maybe I should walk around the block at least. We live on a hill type area. If I walk the block it would be uphill..... hmmmmm I'm thinking about it. I don't want the exercise post to dwindle away either. Song for motivation is....... Thi s is for Dawn at GOALLLLLLL! Hot Hot Hot !!! Sung by Buster Poindexter The first time I saw lightening strike I saw it underground Six deep feet below the street The sky came crashing down For a second that place was lost in space Then everything went black I left that basement burning And I never went back The second time I saw it strike I saw it at sea It lit up the fish like rain And rained then down on me For a second that boat was still afloat Then everything went black I left it underwater And I never went back Hey hey hey!!! But I like it when that lightning comes Hey hey hey!!! Yes I like it alot Hey hey hey!!! Yes I'm jumping like a jumping jack Dancing screaming itching squealing fevered Feeling hot hot hot!!! The third time I saw lightening strike It hit me in bed It threw me around And left me for dead For a second that room was on the moon Then everything went black I left that house on fire And I never went back Hey hey hey!!! But I like it when that lightening comes Hey hey hey!!! Yes I like it alot Hey hey hey!!! Yes I'm jumping like a jumping jack Dancing screaming itching squealing fevered Feeling hot hot hot!!!
