Yes, I calling it an Exercise Challenge today. Our great leader Tammy is off at the OH regional convention in wonderful 3 rivers Pittsburgh. So we must keep up the exercise post.

Hi Pam,
Okay so I have been bad about updating... but I have been traveling so its okay... Just to update Tuesday I ran 4 miles in about 45 min then swam for about 20 more.... Wednesday morning- ran 3 miles and did weights Wednesday PM ran 4 miles in 45 min then swam for about 15.... Thursday Ran 4 miles this AM in 50 min (i was still tired from yesterday!)
Eating while I have been traveling, has been tough, but I have been really good... staying under 1000 calories daily!
I hope I have lost a few this week... I was stuck in the upper 170's range for a while and I am down in the 172 area... I am hopeing to hit the 165 mark by the end of the month!
