Day 8 Exercise
Happy Monday All....
It sure is a beautiful day today... Too bad I spent 2 hours at the orthodontist this morning with my daughter, Morgan, & an hour in the dentist this afternoon for my cleaning appointment... UUUGGHHHH... now I'm vigorously trying to get my 8 hours in for work... Needless to say... no exercise today...
On a HAPPY NOTE ..... I was 190 this morning. Not sure where that came from cuz I was back to 194 yesturday... Weird eh??? we'll see what it is tomorrow...heheheheheh
Ok, here's a question for you all..... What weight are you all calculating from? Your weight at the start of the process or from surgery. I usually put 291(start of process)/284 (surgery weight)........when I post, however, I'm not sure which way to count for the century club. If you count by my start weight I've hit it & have lost 101 lbs, if you go by my surgery day weight it's 94 lbs..... I'm thinking it should be from surgery, but others say I should take my highest weight from last January (291)........ What do you all go by???
Love you all
Tammy
No excersise for me today - but I did get in several job apps and have a 2nd interview set up for Thursday evening! The manager even told me she'd wait for me if I have to work over that evening. (Sounded positive to me...) How many people do you know get all excited about stepping DOWN in the job world? The big thing for me is less hours - so I can be with the kids more.
TAMMY! Count from your highest! You lost every pound of that 101 with or without the surgery! So, you earned that century club - seriously! 101 lbs gone is 101 lbs gone, no way around it. CONGRATS!!
