I finally got pictures posted to my profile using the instructions that were posted on the main messageboard. If someone could tell me if they can see them properly that would be great. The newest one is 5 months old and I have lost 9 pounds since then, but I haven`t taken any newer pictures yet. I am down 177 pounds from 311 to 134 since 8-26-04.

I dont see any pics up for you, but from your signature, you too are doing terrific. That is wonderful to be under your own goal weight. I dont know that it will ever happen for me since I started out so big, but I am happy where I am. Keep up the great work.
