For breakfast today I had a low sugar, low carb and high protein slim fast. Kind neat they now make them with splenda! For snack I ate a banana...half hour before I drank some coffee. For lunch I had a smart one Salisbury steak with asparagus. For snack I had some strawberry banana yogurt. For dinner I had sphagetti.. I still get full right away. I stay away from fried foods, foods high in sugar or fat...I can't tolerate bread unless it's toasted. I've been wanting to eat some peanutbutter and jelly on toast but I'm afraid of getting sick.... *sigh* Hugs! Letty -163.4

It could be many things Amy. It could be your Gall Bladder, acid reflux, ulcers...If I were you, I'd check with your surgeon or even your PCP. I prayed for you to feel better. Hugs, Letty p.s. your surgeon might want to scope you to find the real reason behind the pain...

I can eat just about anything. But I try to avoid fried foods and limit my sweets. Today, I went to a Japanese restaurant and had salmon. I ate about 1/3 of the fried rice, only one of the three fried tempura, half the salad, and almost all the salmon (about 3 oz.) I saved the sushi for later in the afternoon. Most of the time, I just love a peanut butter and jelly sandwich and a glass of cold skim milk. I take vitamins regularly. Veggies are hard to get in, so I like an occasional V-8 from time to time. I eat well, just less of it. ~Laura

Could be Gall Bladder? I am no doctor, but I would get a second opinion before giving up or eating Tylenol forever! Hope it goes away soon!!! ~Laura

Hi Amy I'm sorry you're feeling so horrible. I hate when doc's send you home with not knowing what's wrong. it doesn't sound like a strained muscle to me, it sounds like your gall bladder. I hope you feel better soon. Hugs Linda
