I'm sorry about the gall bladder. I'm hoping I don't end up having that problem. I never really did take the medication for it, so I'm sure it will happen sooner or later. I'm really hoping to lose another 8 lbs. in the next 2 weeks. I was at 102.2 this morning, and another 8 lbs. will have me at 249.8 and only 40.8 lbs. from the surgeon's total goal for me. Hey Judy, I lost 12 lbs. in the last 2 weeks. I wi**** hadn't come off that fast as the skin is really way behind now. Oh well, I couldn't control the emergency gall bladder surgery that caused the rapid weight loss and I can't control the saggy skin either. Maybe control is over rated!! I am down 121 lbs. now. I was down a little bit again this morning. On the main board check on my post The Importance of Vitamins and Protein....so I don't need to go into detail again. You have done great so far....looks like you only have 54 lbs. to go!!!! JUDY

Great, Judy! You've inspired me to cut back on my carbs too. I think I've been eating way too many lately! And....I've been so gassy! What's up with that? I am not sure that Gas-X can be considered a food group! I'm still hanging in at -72 pounds, but I am determined to break this plateau. I've vowed this week to up my workouts to 5 times per week and my husband has even become motivated to start exercising again. Of course, I still see major changes in my body shape. My lower abdomen is starting to shrink....and other body parts are melting as well. New bones seem to appear every day! The comments and compliments come freely from friends and acquaintances....now that my wardrobe is more form-fitting and flattering. It's nice. Hopefully, by your next check-in, I'll have broken this annoying plateau! ~Laura 286/214/160

Glad you decided to post, and I know exactly how you feel about not knowing your size. I do the exact same thing in the store and comparing myself to others! Congratulations on getting to goal! Susan

Congratulations Mary at getting at goal! I can't wait to get there myself! I have lost 102.2 as of this morning, and would like to lose another 70-90...not so sure where I want to end up til I get there! I know what you mean about not realizing the size you really are, I have that problem and I'm sure it will continue. Continued success as you maintain!!! JUDY 359/256.8/165-185? -102.2 lbs.
