Topic: RE: How much do you eat???
Judy--
Sounds like we eat about the same amounts. I stalled for a couple of months, but now the weight loss has really picked up again! I eat more salads for lunches (with chicken and cheese in it for protein), and I started exercising again.
Hope this helps. Good luck, Sweetie!

Topic: I'm in the century club... FINALLY!!!
I should have updated this last month but I forgot.
Anyway, I'M FINALLY IN THE CENTURY CLUB!!! I've lost 112 pounds.
Eeeeee!!! I'm so happy!
I can't believe that I've done it! All I need now is to lose the 60 pounds I want to lose and I'll be all set.
60 pounds is nothing. I've already come so far. I'm so proud and happy.

Topic: RE: How much do you eat???
That is about what I am eating. To break my stall I stopped eating my carbs. When I took away my sandwhiches and lowered my carbs to below 30 grms a day I started loosing again. I went back to the basics of first out and did all meat and cheese and high protien. That broke my plateau.
That is what worked for me.
I want to reach goal really bad! I need to be low carb til I hit it then I know I can add them back to maintain.

Date of surgery: 8/11/04
Weight day of surgery: 295
Current weight: 185
Total lost since surgery: 110
Total lost since highest weight (if you lost weight for your program as a requirement):same
Goal weight: 155 -- that would put my BMI at top end normal
Pounds to goal: 30
Starting size in clothing:24 or 3X tops
Current size in clothing: 12-14 pants; shirts M and Large
Starting shoe size:9 wide
Current shoe size:8 1/2 regular
I too have struggled with snacking and grazing the past month or so. I'm really kicking up my water (a daily struggle to get 64 ounces) and I'm trying not to eat so much in the evenings.
I really like the South Beach Diet bars (maple nut, yum), and the Quaker Q-Smart snacks (cheese flavor is best). you can have 47 in one serving.
I also try to get one protein drink in every day.
I've been eating more cottage cheese the last few weeks, and maybe that has helped to jump start my weight loss again.
I actually exercise most every day, and who would believe it -- I like it.
I was craving sweets, and kind of went overboard on sugarfree candy, so I've had to cut that out.
Too bad when they operated on our stomachs, they couldn't have done surgery on our brains as well.

I want to loose another 20 pounds we'll see though. We just got settled into our new house, so now its time to hit the gym hard and heavy this week after my company returns home. Great job everyone, LOOKING GOOD LADIES< LOOKING GOOD, I need to take my 8 month pics maybe tomorrow, not feeling like full makeup today.
