Topic: RE: Exercise Poll - How much per week?
I go to the gym 3 days a week. I do the bike for 20 minutes (can't walk much b/c of a bad hip) and then I do 2 reps of 15 on 15 different machines. When I got measured on 4/14 I found out that I've lost a total of 20.5 pounds and 19 inches since 2/9!
Since it's finally starting to warm up a bit here, I'm actually skipping the routine on Saturday's and doing the whole pool, hot tub, steam room, and sauna thing. I need to build up the muscles around my hip before I get it replaced on 6/13 and the water helps that a lot!
I'm now 158 from 288. Yep... I've lost 130 pounds in less than 9 months! I'm only 18 away from my primary goal. With all of the flab on my gut, I bet I'd lose most of that with a TT! *LOL*

Hi there! I go to the gym for an hour 3 days a week, and walk 2 or 3 miles a day the rest of the week. I do all the walking I can the rest of the time - always park at the BACK of parking lots, etc.
Blessings!

Topic: Exercise Poll - How much per week?
Hello August friends! I was just wondering if everyone in our "month" was exercising regularly, and I thought I'd take an informal poll.
1. What do you do for exercise?
2. How many times a week do you exercise? How long?
I work out at Curves for Women at least 3 times a week. It's a 30-minute workout on a circuit of machines and aerobic activity. Sometimes I squeeze in a 4th visit, and sometimes I get a little walking in. But, on a REGULAR basis, I do the Curves thing.
Thanks for sharing with me.

Hi Judy,
You look absolutely fab u lous. I have been off the board for a couple of months and your new picture is awesome. Keep up the great work.
I need to get back on track I hit that 6 month aniversary and got way outta control. I don't dump can eat almost anything and everything and for the last month I did. I guess it was a type of rebellious mode. If it was on my list as a no no food I tried it. Can we say no CARB CONTROL whatsovever. I didn't even weigh myself for the 7th month. So this week I'm back on the protein train. This is a blessing that I will not abuse again.
Anywhoo down 75 lbs.
Continued success
